OSM Fact Sheet September 19, 2000 OSM AWARDS NORTHERN CHEYENNE TRIBE $25,985 TO REGULATE SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is providing the Northern Cheyenne tribe with a $25,985 grant to help regulate the surface effects of coal mining on tribal lands in Montana.
