OSM AWARDS NAVAJO TRIBE $433,263
	REGULATORY DEVELOPMENT GRANT
	The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and 
Enforcement (OSM) is providing the Navajo tribe with a $433,263 grant to 
assist in developing coal mining rules and regulations in support of a 
permanent regulatory program for tribal lands in Arizona and New Mexico.  
	The grant evolved from the 1992 Energy Policy Act.
