The printed version of the report is available upon request. This report included a companion CD-ROM that is no longer availalbe. The CD-ROM contained a copy of the report (in color), and three video programs: Abandoned Mine Lands public service announcement, a citizens introduction to the Appalachian Clean Streams Initiative, and a Page-in-Time: a description of the Surface Mining Law implementation.
